COURSE DESCRIPTION:  This course is designed to have participants become aware of who their customers are and how they can strengthen their customer service relationships and skills.  Also incorporated in this course is a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills.
 
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

INSTRUCTIONAL HOURS:  1 Day / 6 Hours

INSTRUCTIONAL OBJECTIVES:  After completion, the student will be able to:
• Define Customer Service.
• Implement ways to improve customer service.
 
AUDIENCE:  PSP Civilian
