Course Description: This course features The Leadership Thought Process and additional information that newly appointed or seasoned supervisors can benefit from. Features include exploring various theories such as The Attribution Theory and Equity Theory, as well as analyzing the following topics: Followership, Motivation Through Consequences (MTC), Socialization, Group Decision Making, and Situational Leadership. To enhance the learning experience in this class, students will complete case studies designed to diagnose the “areas of interest”, “logical chain of events”, and “root causes” for each.
